oh and FYI, after 12 years, the USDA has created a new food pyramid. yeah they wanted to simplify the old one. so they turned it on its side, added a new food group, and made 12 different ones. cause that's simpler.

seriously tho. what the hell do people who work for the USDA do. for 12 years they sat around with the old food pyramid and...? someone's JOB revovles around designing pyramids? i want that job. maybe that's why there is now 12 of them. to create jobs perhaps.

The USDA/FDA food pyramid was wrong from the start. Look at it. Your biggest group is grains?
Gee, the reason for that couldn't possibly be to keep afloat antiquated farms in the "heartland" could it?
